Roger Levine, a Florida native, was born in Miami Beach and grew up in Boca Raton. A National Merit Scholar, Roger earned his B.A. in Asian Studies, Asian languages and literature from the University of Florida (Undergraduate Honors Program) and his Juris Doctorate from the Levin Collage of Law, University of Florida.
Roger’s talents are an asset when reviewing forensic accountant trial books for appeals or as part of providing litigation support. Roger handles appeals and litigation support in a broad spectrum of practice areas including marital and family law (divorce, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, supportive relationships, alimony, equitable distribution, child support and timesharing), probate, trusts, guardianships, contract disputes, complex commercial issues, personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, insurance issues, and injunctions.
He is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and the United States District Court of Appeals for the Southern District of Florida.
Roger has a history of service to the community. He taught English and Civics to the underprivileged at the Women’s Circle Center from 2007 to 2012. Since 2009 he continues to serve as a guardian ad litem to dependent children in Palm Beach County.
