Roger Levine

Roger Levine is a Florida native, born in Miami Beach, and grew up in Boca Raton. A National Merit Scholar, Roger earned his B.A. in Asian Studies, Asian languages and literature from the University of Florida (Undergraduate Honors Program) and his juris doctorate from the Levin College of Law, University of Florida. Roger's talents are an asset when reviewing forensic accountant trial books as part of providing litigation support or appeals.

Roger handles appeals and litigation support in a broad spectrum of practice areas, including marital and family law (divorce, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, supportive relationships, alimony, equitable distribution, child support, and timesharing), probate, trusts and guardianship, contract disputes, commercial litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, insurance issues, and injunctions.

He is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and the U.S. District Court of Appeals for the Southern District of Florida.

Roger has earned the distinction of an AVPreeminent peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest legal recognition for professional ability and ethical standards obtained by approximately 10% of the attorneys in the United States. Roger has a history of service to the community. After graduating from law school, for about five years he taught English and civics to the underprivileged. For approximately ten years, Roger served as a volunteer guardian ad litem to dependent children in Palm Beach County.
